Drive Assembly
The TL230 features an easily changeable Drive Assembly. The drive wheel located near the center that propels the system in and out of the freight trailer with a 1.5 horsepower gearmotor utilizing soft start and soft stop complete with controls allowing weight distribution over the drive wheels for the greatest drive friction. The drive it’s self is a direct drive that consists of a 2 7/16” diameter drive shaft with a hallow shaft reducer, that will eliminate sprocket failure and chain breakage.
