These conveyors are used for both product transfer and processing applications such as rinsing, cooling, or drying. The conveyors feature belts constructed of molded plastic slats, interconnected with plastic or stainless rods. They are positively sprocket-driven, providing improved belt tracking and torque transmission. Belting materials include polypropylene, polyethylene, acetal, and high temperature nylon. Surface types include flat top (closed and perforated), open grids, raised ribs, and straight or scooped flights.
