Setting the design-for-the-future pace for ease of
installation, operation and maintenance, the SXPA-20 overhead-arm style
wrapper affords welcome simplicity of construction and cutting edge
technology applied to its powered pre-stretch head assembly. Capable of
stretching film up to 300% at rates or 60-70 pallet loads per hour with
an 8-wrap pattern, this wrapping performer is designed to accommodate 60"
high, 48" x 48" pallet loads.
Maintenance is simplified, and one DC controller is
interchangeable with all three drive units. The overhead arm opeartes
with a simple friction drive assembly and the 36" x 60" control panel.
As an option, the control panel can be enlarged to run a larger
system of infeed and accumulation conveyors, as shown in the photo.
Other options include diagnostic displays for identifying problems and
the capability of accommodating taller pallet load heights, and many
other needs.
