Closed Gantry Multi-line Box Palletizer

Case and box palletizing demands are as diverse as manufacturers' products and distribution patterns. Our experience in meeting the myriad and complexity of need is deep. The Multi-line Box Palletizer shown (right) illustrates this experience. It utilizes a pallet and product transfer car to accept and down load completed pallets. The gantry robot employs one end effecter to service twenty-four finished product pallet stations.

Open Gantry Dual System Palletizer

The Dual System Robot functions as palletizer with four incoming product conveyors. The robot picks product and stacks on four dedicated pallets.

Multi-Use Automatically Configured End Effecter

The pallet move is made by the versatile multi-use automatically configured end effecter of the Multi-line Box palletizer. The end effecter is a true work horse; its adaptation to the product shape and movement task is programmed.
