We carry gravity conveyors from Roach Conveyors that are appropriate for light, medium, and heavy duty. For light duty gravity conveyors, you can choose from wheel conveyors or roller conveyors. If you are concerned about damaging the bottom of your packages, you may want to opt for roller conveyors. For medium or heavy duty gravity conveyors, you can choose from straight or curved roller conveyors to accommodate your space and conveyor system. In addition to gravity conveyors from Roach Conveyors, we also stock Roach's accumulation conveyors. Among the best of these is their line of Smart Zone conveyors, which use photo sensors rather than mechanical sensors to detect the presence of packages along the conveyor. These are available in lengths of up to 100 feet, and a single Smart Zone power supply can be used for the entire length of the conveyor. We also carry plastic belt conveyors from Roach Conveyors. These are less likely to experience belt tracking problems than typical belt conveyors. Several types of plastic belt conveyors are available, including belts with raised ribs, inline rollers, transverse rollers, or flush grids.
