Ensalco supplies the finest available side gripper washers. Our bottle washers deliver clean bottles with the highest possible water, energy, detergent and additive savings. We supply many types of Washers including high-speed rinsers which sanitize and rinse round and non-round containers, from beer bottles, PET water bottles, wine bottles, jam jars to anti-freeze jugs. These machines are currently working on three continents. This versatile rinser employs water of fine mists of iodiphore solutions, chlorine solutions, ozone treated water with air. In some cases rinsing will use air-and-water or a solution-and-water in a multi-zoned manifold. With four sizes to select from and a variable speed range up to 300 feet per. minute (about 1000 12 oz. beer bottles/min.), you can be assured there is a rinser ideally suited to the needs of your plant.
