Low-Level Palletizers
Palletizing refers to stacking a uniform load onto a wooden pallet. A Low Level Palletizer has a case infeed entry elevation of approximately 30 inches. This makes them ideal for close coupling to case packers and case sealers, which typically have discharge elevations of anywhere from 20 inches to 36 inches. Floor or Low Level Palletizers have many advantages over High level Palletizers. For example, fork truck operators can monitor the operation of a Floor Level Pallerizer while filling pallet magazines or removing full pallet loads from the discharge conveyor. There is also no need for overhead mezzanines and cat walks. Depending on your product and your production line speeds our Palletizer Specialists can suggest and supply you with the right system. Whether you need a engineered system or just a section, we can fulfill your requirements.
