Bottle Washers
Ensalco supplies the finest available bottle washers. Our bottle washers deliver clean bottles with the highest possible water, energy, detergent and additive savings. We supply many types of washers including high-speed rinsers, which santize and rinse round and non-round containers; beer bottles, pet water bottles, wine bottles, jam jars and anti-freeze jugs. These bottle washer machines are currently working on three continents. This versatile rinser employs water from 50 gal. per minute to fine mists of iodiphore solutions, chlorine solutions, and ozone treated water with air. In some cases bottle washer rinsing will use air-and-water or a solution-and-water in a multi-zoned manifold. We have four sizes of bottle washers to select and we have variable speed range up to 300 feet per minute, (about 1000 12 oz. beer bottles/min.).
