Bi-Directional Accumulation Tables
We supply bi-directional accumulation tables that are custom built to hold and handle your product containers. With a bi-directional accumulation table, a filler shut-down can be avoided. As soon as the computerized controls on the table sense the congestion on the production line, bottles will begin to be diverted to the accumulation table. When the bottleneck is cleared, your operators are free to increase the speed of the labeller and other equipment located downstream of the jam. When the speed adjustment has been made, the table will begin to discharge bottles back on to the conveyor and a filler stoppage has been avoided. The bi-directional accumulation table we supply are made of non-corrosive premium stainless steel. UHMW wear strips are used to reduce friction on the conveyor surface. Programmable controls allow you to make simple adjustments in the accumulation rate to handle any size package or bottle.
