Roach SMART
ZONE® is
an innovative new series of accumulation conveyors which feature NO
minimum weight limitations! Roach SMART
ZONE® eliminates sensor rollers and
replaces with photo sensors to accumulate products with
previously difficult minimal weight restrictions.
A photo sensor is placed in every zone on the conveyor and
presence of product in each zone is detected and controlled by this
photo sensor.
This new series accumulates your product
smoothly and offers two types of discharge: zone singulation
release and slug release (optional). Product may also be slug
loaded (optional).
Roach SMART
ZONE® is easy to install and even simpler to
maintain.
