The 275 is a heavy-duty, gravity conveyor that features double cross-braces and reinforced inner legs for added support. The all-steel reinforced leg and frame design provides the strength and durability necessary to handle heavy cartons. The 275 is ideal for manufacturing, high-volume receiving and distribution applications. Axle Centers
Standard 5 1/4" axle centers. To accommodate small packages, restrictions are available for 3" or 4" centers.

Leg Sets and 4-Point Connection
1 1/8" OD, 12-gauge steel tubing with adjustable reinforced inner leg and double cross-braces, zinc plated. Incremental height marks are provided on outer leg to facilitate uniform pitch adjustment. Four-point bolted leg connection to skate wheel axles and side links.

Incremental height marks are provided for uniform height/pitch adjustment to achieve gravity flow and banked curves.

Note: For conveyors over 24' extended, a combination of leg height adjustments may be required to achieve proper gravity flow. Consult factory for details.

Side Links and Connections
7-gauge, zinc-plated steel. Top connections are provided by 5/16" steel axles with lock nuts. Cross-point connections are steel pivot pins with spring-loaded retainers. Bottom connections are a combination of pivot pins and 5/16" steel tie rods.

Box Stop/Handle
Heavy-duty 1 1/8" OD, 12-gauge steel tubing with 1/4" steel brackets, zinc plated. Box stop folds down when connection the conveyor to equipment or other conveyors. The box stop is also a convenient push/pull handle.

The 275 easily contracts when not in use - box stop/handle is standard equipment.

Couplers
To link conveyors together, each unit is equipped with on set of 7-gauge steel couplers opposite the box stop end. Couplers may also be added to the box stop end.

Heavy-Duty Casters
Standard: 5" x 1 1/2" swivel caster with heavy-duty stem. Casters with swivel/wheel lock pedal brakes are provided on the first and last leg sets.
