Designed to expand, contract
and move as required. The
Nestaflex is a self-tracking, gravity
skate wheel conveyor that has
a per-linear-foot capacity of 226
pounds. This unit is engineered
to handle multi-sized cartons
in low- and medium-volume
applications. The all-steel construction provides structural
integrity, whether the conveyor
is fully extended or configured in
simple or compound curves.
Adjustable inner legs vary height
to achieve gravity flow and
banked curves. The Nestaflex 226
is the choice for use at the
retail-store level, with packaging equipment, in low-volume shipping/
receiving departments, or on
assembly lines.

Construction
All steel construction.

widths. Lengths can be tailored
to your needs.
Height adjustment
Standard adjustable heights
from 28" to 44". Other height
adjustments available.
Legs
Zinc-plated, heavy-duty
leg supports are made from
1 1/8"square steel tubing
and feature a welded
cross member.
Side links
Conveyor side links are made
from 11-gauge steel.
Skate wheel options
P) Black polymer with 7 steel
ball bearings in a captive race –
provides superior wheel rotation.
N) Red nylon with nylon bushing –
high-impact short conveyor runs.
S) Steel skate wheel with steel
ball bearings – impact-resistant,
moderate to high volume.
 Heavy-duty casters
Standard heavy-duty 5" x 1 1/2"
swivel casters with steel foot
brake on both ends.
Axles
Skate wheel axles are 5/16" diameter.
Standard axle centers are 5 1/4",
4" and 3" to handle small cartons.
Other options are available.
Couplers
Couplers are standard. Optional
universal connectors are available
to couple to other extendable
conveyor brands.
Box stop/handle
Retractable package stop serves
as an ergonomic handle.
Unidirectional side guards available
for special product needs.
Optional impact section available
for receiving applications.
Optional swing stick available for
dockless receiving applications.
