The Power 100 conveyors are designed to automate materials handling applications. They can be used as stand-alone units or in combination with permanent or portable conveyors in manufacturing assembly, distribution and processing facilities.

Two standard models are available: an All Drive Roller model and an O-Ring model. Both conveyor designs provide positive material flow rates for incline, horizontal and uneven conveying applications.

Model selection will depend on specific application variables. Consult factory for loading, speed and design assistance when specifying powered conveyors.

Nestaflex 100 - Standard Features and Options

Capacity with Maximum 5 1/4" Axle Centers
Maximum 100 Pound capacity per roller with 75 pounds impact loading per roller. Conveyor capacity per lineal foot dependent of application, speed and incline. Consult factory.

Polyurethane belts supply power from motorized drive on O-Ring Models.

Conveyor Designs
All-Drive Model - Combination of self-contained motorized drive rollers and rows of skate wheels within each bed section.

O-Ring Model - Combination of self-contained motorized drive rollers connected to non-motorized rollers with 1/4" diameter polyurethane O-Ring drive belts and rows of skate wheels within each bed section.

Motorized Drive Rollers
115 vac single-phase,self-contained,maintenance-free, brushless induction motor with internal capacitor is standard on both models. 2 1/4" diameter unlagged steel roller is standard. To prevent slippage on inclines, lagged rollers with dual motors are available as an option on 24" and 30" wide conveyors.

Line Speed
Standard fixed speeds: 40, 60, 85 or 130 fpm based on horizontal application. For other speeds, consult factory.

Controls
NEMA 4 power box contains ground fault circuit breaker, on/off and forward/reverse switches. Separate on/off controls are positioned on both sides and both ends of conveyor. A 12" cord is standard for 110v outlets.

Axles
5/16" diameter steel axles.

Axle Centers
Standard axle centers are 5 1/4" maximum. Fully extended, the distance between driven rollers is 14 3/4". To accommodate small packages, restrictions are available for 3 1/2" or 4" centers.

Leg Sets and 4-Point Connection
1 1/8" OK, 12-gauge steel tubing with adjustable reinforced inner leg and double cross-braces, zinc plated. Incremental height marks are provided on outer leg to facilitate uniform height adjustment. Four-point bolted leg connection to skate wheel axles and side links.

Height adjustment
Standard: 28" to 36"
Optional: 24" to 28" 36" to 44" 44" to 52"

Side Links and Connections
7-gauge, zinc-plated steel. Top connections are provided by 5/16" steel axles with lock nuts. Cross-point connections are steel pivot pins with spring-loaded retainers. Bottom connections are a combination of pivot pins and 5/16" steel tie rods.

Couplers
To link conveyors together, each unit is equipped with one set of 7-gauge steel couplers on one end. Couplers may also be added to both conveyors ends.

Heavy-Duty Casters
Standard: 5" x 1 1/2" swivel caster with heavy-duty stem. Casters with swivel/wheel lock pedal brakes are provided on the first and last leg sets.

Carton Sensor/Box Stop (optional)
The carton sensor automatically stops drive rollers with a capacitive proximity switch mounted below conveyor surface.

Accumulation (optional)
For applications that require accumulation, designated zones are equipped with a carton sensor and integrated timer that sequentially stops a group of rollers.
